Meyer Lemon Sorbet

A hybrid of Mandarin orange and lemon, Meyer Lemon is one of those flavours that is deceptively simple. It should be whipped so its creamy (there's no dairy) in its frozen state melting into a tangy refreshing experience. It should stretch when you pull it off the cup and have a beautiful balance of sour and sweet like a ray of sunshine on a rainy day.
