Old School Milk, Ocumare, Venezuela - Single Serve 15g

Say what?! This batch of MILK old school is made with beautiful beans from Ocumare de la Costa  one of the historic heartlands of Venezuelan cacao. This small stretch of the Caribbean coast is home to legendary varietals like Chuao, Choroni and Cuyagua.

Only three ingredients ground together in our vintage melangeur with no further processing, refining or conching. Partially ground cacao nibs, milk and whole crystals of organic cane sugar provide an entirely unique crumbly almost cookie-like texture.
