Peaches are a sign that's it's the peak of Summer. Sunny barefoot days bathed in gold. The charm of a single fuzzy peach is undeniably good, drippy I-don't-care-how-messy-it-is-to-eat good. This spin... a sorbetto to let all the peachy goodness shine bright. Sweet clovers grow wild in Canada, it's Vanilla and marzipan flavours is sublime with Peaches. Fun fact: Pastry chefs will often use sweet clover in place of Vanilla.
Where are the Peaches from?We are lucky to live just an hour-ish away from the Niagara growing belt...land of peaches. The Peaches are from our main squeeze, Eborall Farms who grow just the most beautiful fruit. These beauts are Red Havens and this year is the best peach year we had for a long long time.
