Pistachio tumbled in White Lemon chocolate

Be it the ravishing hues of forest greens and hot pinks or the fact that it comes in its own ready to eat shell, pistachios are fancy. When lightly roasted, pistachios will fill the air with a song of nutty notes and a delicate sweetness.

We spike white chocolate with lemons so it tastes like a tangy dollop of fresh whipped cream.  When the just roasted pistachios are enveloped in the lemony white chocolate, everyone’s happy.  Fun fact: Pistachios are called the happy nut.
