About Pompona Vanilla:
Pompona vanilla from Mexico is thought to be the first ever vanilla bean used by people in cooking. In ancient times it was used to infuse a chocolate drink made by Aztecs and Mayans.
Today Pomona Vanilla is extremely rare. After the beans are pulled from the Vanilla orchids each bean is meticulously massaged by hand to ensure that their oils are dispersed evenly. They come to us plump bursting with precious fragrant caviar. The flavours register on deep bass notes, roasted cacao, oaky, leather, allspice, dark rum and intense florals.

Contains eggs and milk/cream. All our gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including treenuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. All batches could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
