Vanilla infused sugar is beautiful for baking & making. To recharge simply refill your jar with sugar, wait min 2 weeks to infuse. You can recharge for years to come. To use the precious caviar, cut open your pod and scrape ( a little goes a long way).

Pompona is an ancient variety of Vanilla thought to be the first Vanilla used for culinary purposes by the Maya and Aztec. This jar contains one plump juicy Pompona vanilla pod buried within organic cane sugar. Aromas are mind-blowing, deep bass territory— ripe plums, roasted cacao, oaky, leather, allspice, dark rum and intense florals.
