Zabaione, a foamy custard of egg yolks, Marsala wine, and sugar is made to order in Italy.... the minute it's ordered you'll hear the swoosh-clang-swoosh of the whisk hitting the copper bowl until it's reached it's billowy peak.

We've taken this fleeting eggy, boozy cloud of delight moment and "froze" it in time for you.

Fortified dry Marsala imparts a lovely caramelized sweetness.

Contains eggs and milk/cream. All our gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including treenuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. All batches could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
